Welcome to MediaSwap.net. By purchasing a monetized YouTube channel (“Channel”) from us, you agree to the following terms.

1. Our Product

We sell monetized YouTube channels that meet the YouTube Partner Program (YPP) eligibility requirements at the time of sale. All channels are sold on an “as-is” basis.

2. Your Responsibilities – READ CAREFULLY

  • The 24-Hour Rule: After receiving your channel, you MUST wait 24 hours before making any changes. This includes changing the name, logo, niche, or linking a new AdSense account. This is a critical step to ensure account security.

  • Account Security: You are fully responsible for securing the channel (changing passwords, updating recovery info) after the initial 24-hour period.

  • YouTube Compliance: You are solely responsible for adhering to all of YouTube’s Terms of Service and Community Guidelines. We are not responsible for any channel suspension, demonetization, or termination that occurs after you take ownership.

3. Refund Policy

ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

Due to the digital and irreversible nature of our products, no refunds will be issued for any reason once the channel login credentials have been delivered to you. By purchasing, you agree to this policy.

4. Disclaimers

  • No Affiliation: MediaSwap.net is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to YouTube or Google LLC.

  • No Performance Guarantee: We do not guarantee any future views, revenue, or channel performance. The channel’s success is entirely in your hands.

5. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for any damages, losses, or consequences arising from your use of the purchased channel, including any violations of YouTube’s policies.
